In the early stage and design process, we cooperated with CBRE, the world's largest property management company, and investigated several headquarters of famous financial institutions in Hong Kong in combination with the characteristics of the project. Referring to a large amount of operation data provided by the property management company, the design assignment is agreed according to the characteristics of the organizational structure, organizational behavior and psychology, such as a detailed analysis of each area division and employee utilization rate, so as to achieve the goal of rational and efficient use of space, so as to achieve a precise value balance between comfort and economy;
