At that time, Party A accepted our proposal and hired the property management team and investment promotion team of CBRE, the world's largest property management company, to participate in the preliminary design from the perspective of operation and investment promotion.

Based on the professional opinions and a large amount of data provided by their property management team and investment promotion team, our company divides the whole property into eight areas of different house types, which are both convenient for operation and targeted investment promotion according to customer positioning. The occupancy rate of the final project opening customers will reach 90%;
